Fee: $10 (REGISTRATION REQUIRED)
Topics Include: Risk factors for falling, exercises for balance and strength, home assessment tips, medication management, maintaining strong bones and how to fall safely. Presented by John Muir Medical. Call 798-8788 to register or stop by the Senior Center. Space is limited to 20 people.
